I have always loved the back-to-school period and in particular my new notebooks. I loved filling all those pages meticulously but it was the margins that fascinated me the most. They instinctively became my own creative space where I collected numerous thoughts, sketches and doodles.

Today, the margin holds a very precious place on my page. I use this space to collect all the thoughts and ideas that fly around in my head and that I want to develop at a later time.

When I revisit these margins, I can retrace my notes and sketches and especially what triggered them. This is often a starting point for a new endeavour.
